IGDRPT (Indian Genetic Disease Risk Prediction Tool)

MONOGENIC DISORDER DATABASE (MGDD) is a database which serves as an online repository to hold information about Monogenic Disorders. The database currently holds and maintain information for 27 monogenic disorders. These disorders are broadly classified into four categories namely Autosomal Dominant, Autosomal Recessive, X-Linked Dominant, and X-Linked Recessive. This integrative database provides comprehensive data integration based on important concepts such as structure, domain, ontology etc. In addition to this, we have designed a prediction tool namely Indian Genetic Disease RiskPrediction Tool abbreviated as IGDRPT to identify the probability of occurrence of the monogenetic disease in the offspring’s of newly married couples.
